Rod is a Certified Practising Accountant and qualified insurance broker with over 18 years’ experience in senior CFO and General Manager positions. With his wealth of hands-on knowledge and experience, Rod's strengths lie in his ability to understand your business, identify inherent risk factors, and analyse your insurance requirements. He has been directly involved in the insurance industry for over 9 years and specialises in commercial insurances.

Rod also has a Bachelor of Business, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Daniel Gordon

Daniel has over 12 years’ experience in the general insurance broking industry. A professional in every sense, Daniel has maintained a large book of clients all of which attest to his comprehensive knowledge and commitment to seeing their business succeed. He is passionate and committed to his work and he often goes the ‘extra-mile’ for his clients, and takes pride in finding effective insurance solutions. Although he is an expert in all areas of insurance, Daniel has developed a specialisation in mobile phone outlets, shopping centres and complex Professional Indemnity risks.

Daniel holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Dan Thomas

Account Manager

Dan began his professional career in rural Queensland and has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years in a variety of roles. During this time, Dan has developed his underwriting and risk management skills to a proficient standard, showing vast knowledge across the insurance spectrum.

As an Account Manager for NCA Insurance Services, he is able to offer specialised knowledge of all insurance classes however Dan specialises in Personal, Farm and Commercial clients. Lisa has been directly involved in the insurance industry for over past 25 years, working with both insurers and broking firms during that time. With Tier 1 insurance qualifications, Lisa has extensive product knowledge in commercial and personal insurances, as well as vast claims experience. Lisa assumes the role of Office Manager with NCA Insurance Services, overseeing the processing of policies and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Jessica Nagel

Account Broker

Jessica has been working in the insurance industry for the past 4 years, working with both insurers and broking firms during that time. With Tier 2 insurance qualifications, Jessica has extensive product knowledge of personal insurances and a good understanding of the insurance claim process. Jessica assumes the role of Account Broker with NCA Insurance Services, overseeing our domestic portfolio of clients.
