Managing Director
Rod is a Certified Practising Accountant and qualified insurance broker with over 15 years experience in senior CFO and General Manager positions. With his wealth of hands-on knowledge and experience, Rod's strengths lie in his ability to understand your business, identify inherent risk factors, and analyse your insurance requirements. He has been directly involved in the insurance industry for over 7 years and specialises in commercial business insurance.
Rod also has a Bachelor of Business, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Director
Damien has worked in the general insurance broking industry for over 14 years, with experience both nationally and internationally. With a broad range of clients and experience, Damien is well positioned to assist with all classes of insurance across a diverse range of industries.
Damien holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) and is on the board of the NIBA Young Professional Committee.

Daniel has over 10 years experience in the general insurance broking industry. Managing a diverse range of clients, Daniel prides himself on being a "hands on" broker who believes in providing personal service and works hard to understand your business.
Daniel holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB).

Lisa Halls
Office Manager
Lisa has been directly involved in the insurance industry for the past 25 years, working with both insurers and broking firms during that time. With Tier 1 insurance qualifications, Lisa has extensive product knowledge in commercial and personal insurances, as well as vast claims experience. Lisa assumes the role of Office Manager with NCA Insurance Services, overseeing the processing of policies and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
